Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller. Volpicelli Ecom, sole proprietorship under Swiss law, Rue du Borgeaud 21, 1196 Gland, Switzerland, UID CHE-139.540.118, contact@velloriya.com, +41 78 907 02 66.

2. Products. Cosmetics presented on velloriya.com. The photos show the product sold; the size and INCI list appear on each product page.

3. Prices. Displayed in the currency of the selected country, all taxes included. Any shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed and are detailed in the shipping policy.

4. Order. The order becomes binding upon payment. A confirmation email is sent immediately. Accepted payment methods: Twint, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bancontact.

5. Delivery. In accordance with the shipping policy. The seller delivers within a maximum of 30 days; failing this, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

6. Returns and refunds. In accordance with the refund policy: 99 days from receipt to return any item, opened or not; return shipping at the customer’s expense except in the case of a defect or an error on our part; full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Warranty. Statutory warranty for defects in the item sold (art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations): 2 years. Customers in the European Union also benefit from the mandatory warranties of their country.

8. Personal data. Processed in accordance with the privacy policy, in compliance with the FADP and, for customers in the European Union, the GDPR.

9. Governing law. Swiss law; place of jurisdiction: Nyon (Vaud), subject to the mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
