99-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 99 days from receipt of your order to return any item to us, whether opened or not. No reason required.
How it works
- Write to contact@velloriya.com with your order number (format #1xxx).
- We’ll send you the return address within 24 business hours.
- Send the package back using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part: in that case, we provide a prepaid label.
Refund
Full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Items purchased on sale are refundable under the same conditions.
Cancellation
An order can be canceled free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. Write to us with “Cancellation” in the subject line and include your order number.
Damaged or incorrect item
Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt; we’ll reship the item or issue a refund at our expense.
Statutory right of withdrawal
For customers residing in the European Union, the 14-day statutory withdrawal period applies in addition to this guarantee and does not limit it.
