Processing
Where parcels ship from
Our products ship from our logistics partner’s warehouse in China. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then handed over to the carrier (for example YunExpress or CNE Express). You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery countries and times
We only deliver to Switzerland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada.
- Free shipping with tracking, no minimum order.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 8 to 14 business days after shipping.
We do not deliver to other countries at this time.
Customs duties and import taxes
As parcels are shipped from a country outside Switzerland and the European Union, they go through customs in the destination country. Depending on the country and the order value, import VAT and any customs clearance fees may be collected by the carrier upon delivery; these are payable by the recipient. Prices shown on the website include all taxes but exclude any such import charges.
Late parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered 20 business days after shipping, contact us at contact@velloriya.com: we’ll reship it or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Address errors
Please check your address before confirming your order. Changes are only possible as long as the order has not been shipped.
